To purchase products that contain cannabinoids such as CBD and/or THC in their composition, a medical prescription is required. With the medical prescription in hand, it will be necessary to request an authorization to import cannabis products on the ANVISA website, in the case of imported products. For this process you can count on the assistance of our team. For the other cannabinoid-free products, there is no need for a medical prescription and the purchase can occur without any medical prescription.

In the description of each of our products there will be information about the need or not for a medical prescription for the purchase. For products that require a medical prescription, it will only be possible to complete the purchase after confirmation of the medical prescription data.

All sales are final except for goods delivered damaged. If your product arrived damaged, please take pictures of the damaged item and send us the details to within 2 working days of receipt.

Once your refund request is received, we may require that the item be sent back for a technical evaluation. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your inquiry and/or returned item. After the technical analysis, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the period determined by the financial operators.
