At Hempense, we are committed to providing high quality products to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund policy based on the following conditions:
Return policy
All sales are final except for goods delivered damaged. If your product arrived damaged, please take pictures of the damaged item and send us the details to contato@hempense.com within 2 working days of receipt. We’ll look into the situation and, if it turns out that there was damage in transit, we’ll issue a refund or send you a new product at no additional cost.
Refund policy
If you would like to request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase. After we receive your request, we may require that the item be sent back for a technical evaluation. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your inquiry and/or returned item. After the technical analysis, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund request is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the period determined by the financial operators.
Please remember that we do not accept returns on cosmetic products that have already been used, and we do not issue refunds for cannabis extract products, except in cases of damaged delivery issues. For pet line products, we apply the same return and refund policy as described above for cosmetics.
